Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Pulz Android application and pulz.cc. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.

1. What Pulz provides

Pulz is a software interface for self-custody digital asset wallets and public blockchain networks. It can display balances and activity, prepare transfers and swaps, and connect to supported third-party services. Pulz is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser.

2. Self-custody and your responsibility

Your recovery phrase and private keys are held on your device. You are responsible for securing your device and safely backing up your recovery phrase. Anyone who obtains your recovery phrase may control the associated assets. Pulz cannot recover a lost phrase, restore access, reverse a confirmed transaction, or reimburse losses.

3. Transactions and digital asset risks

Digital assets are volatile and may lose some or all of their value. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible and may fail, be delayed, or incur network fees. Quotes, balances, token information, and network data can be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Check the network, recipient, token, amount, fees, and transaction details before signing. You decide whether and when to approve and broadcast a transaction.

4. Third-party services

Wallet functionality depends on independent blockchains, RPC providers, price and portfolio services, swap protocols, and other providers. Their services may change, become unavailable, or have separate terms and privacy policies. Pulz does not control these services or guarantee their operation, quotes, or results. When you use an external service, its terms may also apply.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Pulz only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful in your location and for any taxes or reporting obligations that apply to you.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue app features or website content. We provide the app and site on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
